Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  • Exchanges for Equator products will only be entertained if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size or the product you received was damaged in any way. In such cases, our customer care department will help you how to get your exchange product. We make sure that all our customers are satisfied so we offer you the opportunity to exchange a product for another if the need arises. However, there are a few limitations as to how you can avail this opportunity.
    • The brand does not offer exchanges for accessories
    • Please note that items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange
    • Once sales start the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange
    • The product is in a re-saleable condition
  • Please make sure that all tags and items are intact and that the garment is unused.
  • No exchange and refund on sale  items.
  • Products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags. Please fill in the exchange form provided in your order or contact us at customer@equatorstores.com. Please ship the articles to be exchanged within 15 days of receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.
  • If we’re not available please contact us at our WhatsApp and we will reach you out on our next working day.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
  • We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defected product) as approved by the company will be processed within 15 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
  • You may request for cancellation of your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, with a tracking number so that you can track your order.
  • Once a product has shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.
